Formbay closure dates over Xmas holidays
As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to thank you for your trust and support throughout another fantastic and productive year. Your continued confidence in us means so much, and we’re grateful to have been part of your journey in 2025.

To celebrate the festive season and recharge for the exciting year ahead, our office will be closed for the Christmas period.
Closing
5:00 PM, Tuesday, 23rd December 2025
Reopening: 9:00 AM, Monday, 5th January 2026
We wish you a joyful and restful holidays and we look forward to working with you again in 2026, refreshed and ready to assist.
Things to note:
The Formbay platform is available to create, submit, and sell STCs at all times and payments will still be made on business days.
Remember:
- The PV STC deeming period changes from 6 years to 5 years on January 1st which reduces the number of STCs per kW installed.
- The calculation for BSTCs also changes from 9.3 per kWh installed to 8.4 per kWh.
Jobs tested and commissioned by December 31 2025, will still qualify for the current STC values. Make sure to capture proper photos and commissioning selfies to avoid any confusion. You do not need to submit the application by December 31 2025.
